Courtesy of Snug Harbor Wines, Duxbury Wine and Spirits and The Cellar D'Or have recruited representative from the top fine wine distributors in the Commonwealth to present over 100 wines. The event will be a station to station tasting of wines from every major wine producing region in the world - all available locally!
Food presentations by Faith Flemming Catering will feature fine foods available at Depot Street Market and locally harvested oysters.
‘A Gala Evening on The Bay’ will be the highlight of the festival. Cuisine by The Catered Affair will be paired by choice vintners with their best labels. Join us at the Duxbury Bay Maritime School (DBMS) for an evening of music, wine, great food, a reception and aprés party on the lawn! From 6 PM to 10 PM. Tickets are $90.00 per person, $110.00 at the door. Event benefits the Festival’s DHS Culinary Student Scholarship Fund.
an Autumn offering from the Bay, ‘The Snug Harbor Oyster Harvest’ takes the stage at The 1803 Winsor House Inn on Washington Street in Duxbury. This event features many of the local producers who make this area such an oyster rich environment. Wine & beer, music, and great food accompaniments will make this a ‘Festival favorite’.
Families can spend time together exploring music, theater and dance at South Shore Conservatory. The morning begins with an SSC faculty performance, followed by an open house with a sampler of SSC programs. Families are welcome to tour the facility, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about the broad range of programs offered for children of all ages.
